How do we do it?

Quadza Software, a French company based in Bordeaux, has set up a skills centre in Algiers.

With the support of a French technical team, we recruit and train our staff.

They work as if they were part of your teams: tools and working methods, working hours, security environment, etc.

Who is it for?

Any company or organisation that develops, implements and maintains IT solutions: start-ups with a strong software component, business software publishers, IT departments, etc.

Why Quadza Software?

Like you, we are passionate about developing and implementing software of all kinds.

For a long time, problem #1 has been finding the right people to do it quickly and, more importantly, to do it well.

What's more, we have to be in it for the long haul, because what we build has to be able to evolve and be maintained, often over many years.

Over the course of our careers, we have had several choices:

- For a long time, hiring permanent staff was the way to go, but it's not easy these days: profiles are changing faster and faster, new recruits are often demanding, and your budget is necessarily limited.

- Using freelancers: the quickest solution in the short term, but these profiles are rarely committed to the long term and their constant replacement is exhausting.

- Use French ESNs: good but expensive.

- Offshore: much cheaper, but there are many failures due to difficulties in integrating them into the teams.

- French-speaking nearshore: the most attractive solution, but host countries that are too small face strong labour market pressures and sustainability problems.

After several particularly successful experiences with profiles working in Algeria, the solution seemed obvious to us: working with a nearshore based in Algeria has many advantages.
